Our Screen Printing Process

At Solera Studio, every print is handled with intention; crafted to last and made to reflect your brand’s vision with clarity and precision.

We currently print using plastisol ink, a highly durable industry standard known for its vibrant color payoff, opacity, and versatility across garments. This allows us to deliver bold, crisp prints that stand up to time and wear.

But we're not staying still.

We're in the process of transitioning to water-based inks, which offer a softer feel and a more eco-conscious footprint. These inks soak into the fabric rather than sit on top, creating breathable, lightweight prints that feel as good as they look.

Whether we’re printing with plastisol or water-based ink, our process stays the same where it matters:

• All screens are burned in-house, and every print is carefully aligned and tested.

• We cure each piece with precision using a conveyor dryer to ensure long-lasting results.

• Every job is custom-quoted and handled by real humans, not an automated system.

Our goal is to deliver a product that not only looks professional but feels personal.
